Tim and I took a day trip to Garden Valley and enjoyed cross country skiing with Dave, Kim and Angie. Probably the first and last time I will be able/willing to ski this season, for many reasons.
The weather was nice enough here in Boise that Tim and I were able to take Bailey to the park on our bikes a few times. Bailey loves playing ball at the park.
My sister Abbie and her boyfriend Matt along with Betsy and her boyfriend Travis came to visit us. They have visited prior in 2007 and 2008. It is always a nice to have them out for at least one week a year. Tim and most of the gang was able to get up to ski at Bogus Basin every day. We had a great time visiting and hanging out in Boise. The week flew by and it was sad to see them go.
A big thanks to my Aunt Penny for hosting my baby shower on Jan 31st at her beautiful home. Thanks to Vicki for the delicious cupcakes. Thanks to Rhiannon and Aunt Ronnie for the tasty pizza and amazing spread of food. Thanks to all who attended for the wonderful games and gifts. My mom even got to attend via web cam - which was a special treat :)
Tim and I have finished the month of childbirth classes. We learned a lot and are better prepared for whats to come. Oh and we got to see plenty of video footage during the class. Also, we had our monthly doctors check up and I have gained 33 pounds to date :) Creighton's heartbeat was 133 :) Belly measurement is 30 (right on target). So doctor says everything looks good. We are starting to research pediatricians and will take a tour of the hospital soon. This week I also was able to attend a Lyrics Born concert at the Neurolux with Tim, Rachel and Dan. It was an amazing show. Creighton seemed to enjoy the show too :)
